Welcome to Glow Of Radiance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GlowOfRadiance.com and your purchase or use of services offered by REYCC Business Development, Inc. DBA Glow Of Radiance ("Glow Of Radiance," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, purchasing a service, or participating in a Glow Of Radiance coaching program, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT GLOW OF RADIANCE
Glow Of Radiance provides mental fitness coaching, educational programs, resources, and related services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, self-esteem, resilience, and well-being.
Our current primary coaching offer is the 7-Week Mental Fitness Experience, which may incorporate the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) framework and other educational or wellness practices.
2. COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
Glow Of Radiance provides coaching and educational services. Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support reflection, awareness, personal development, and action toward goals chosen by the client.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and results.
Individual experiences and results vary. Glow Of Radiance does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome.
3. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL CARE
Glow Of Radiance coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for services provided by licensed medical or mental-health professionals.
Information shared through our website, programs, coaching, or educational materials is provided for coaching and educational purposes and should not be treated as individualized medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
If you have questions or concerns about your physical or mental health, seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Glow Of Radiance does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact appropriate emergency or crisis resources in your location.
4. CLIENT PARTICIPATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
Coaching works best when clients participate actively and honestly.
If you enroll in a coaching program, you agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to participate in the program activities available to you, which may include coaching sessions, educational materials, exercises, reflection practices, or use of program tools.
You are not expected to participate perfectly, complete every activity, or achieve a particular result.
You are responsible for determining whether and how to apply information discussed during coaching to your own circumstances.
5. 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD
Clients who purchase or enroll in an eligible Glow Of Radiance coaching program may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase or enrollment.
To qualify for a refund during this period, the client must have begun participating in the program and made a reasonable, good-faith effort to engage with the program activities made available during those first 14 days.
Participation does not require perfect attendance, completion of every activity, or achievement of any particular result.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the 14-day period.
After the 14-day refund period has expired, payments already made are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Glow Of Radiance.
6. PAYMENT PLANS AND CANCELLATION
If you select an installment or payment plan, you authorize the agreed payments while you remain enrolled in the applicable service or program.
You may cancel your participation by contacting [email protected].
If you cancel, future scheduled installments for services not yet provided will stop following processing of your cancellation.
Amounts properly charged before cancellation are not automatically refundable and remain subject to the refund terms above and applicable law.
Cancellation does not create a right to a refund of amounts already paid outside the applicable refund period.
7. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
When appropriate notice is provided, Glow Of Radiance will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at the earliest availability convenient for Glow Of Radiance.
Additional scheduling, missed-session, or cancellation procedures may be communicated when an appointment or program is booked.
Glow Of Radiance may reasonably reschedule a session when necessary.
Glow Of Radiance may suspend or end a participant’s access when reasonably necessary because of abusive, threatening, harassing, unlawful, seriously disruptive, or repeatedly inappropriate conduct.
Any financial consequences of termination will be handled consistently with the payment, cancellation, and refund provisions in these Terms and applicable law.
If you participate in group coaching or a community environment, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose another participant’s personal stories, identifying information, or confidential communications outside the group without that person’s permission.
Because other participants are independent individuals, Glow Of Radiance cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
Your name, image, likeness, testimonial, personal story, audio, video, or other identifiable client material will not be used publicly for marketing or promotional purposes solely because you accepted these Terms.
If Glow Of Radiance would like to record a session or use a testimonial, story, image, audio, video, or other identifiable material publicly, separate permission will be requested.
You may choose whether to provide that permission.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Glow Of Radiance website content, coaching materials, worksheets, written resources, graphics, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to REYCC Business Development, Inc. DBA Glow Of Radiance and are provided for the client’s personal use.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or represent Glow Of Radiance materials as your own without appropriate written permission.
Certain program materials, platforms, trademarks, frameworks, or resources may be owned by third parties and remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
Positive Intelligence® and PQ® are referenced only as applicable to services using that framework and remain subject to the rights of their respective owner(s).
12. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use GlowOfRadiance.com only for lawful purposes.
You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse website content, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Glow Of Radiance may use or link to third-party websites, applications, booking tools, payment services, coaching platforms, or other technology.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, and policies. Glow Of Radiance is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or practices of third-party services that we do not control.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and handling of personal information is addressed in the Glow Of Radiance Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms of Service and should remain on its existing Privacy Policy page.
15. WEBSITE AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but website and educational content may change and may not always be complete, current, or appropriate for every individual circumstance.
Use of general website information is at your own discretion.
Nothing on the website constitutes a guarantee of results.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REYCC Business Development, Inc. DBA Glow Of Radiance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or participation in services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Glow Of Radiance may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When these Terms are materially updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms unless otherwise required by law.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
20. ENTIRE TERMS
These Terms, together with any specific written agreement or terms provided when purchasing a particular service, constitute the applicable terms governing use of the website and services.
If a separately signed or expressly accepted client agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will control for that service to the extent of the conflict.
