I help my clients in 1:1 coaching sessions and/or group coaching setting. Includes daily access to the Positive Intelligence PQ® App, Modules, Journal, Essential Oil recipes, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping coaching.

How long is the program?

Our program starts with a 1:1 personalized 7 weeks session to learn the tools to calm the anxiety and boost your self-esteem. Thereafter we can meet in a monthly group setting or bi-monthly 1:1 sessions to improve your relationships and reach your goals.

We meet for 1hr during our 1:1 sessions

and/or 1:30 hours for group coaching sessions.
